Objective This document establishes the terms and conditions applicable to the sale of membership fees through the virtual Point of Sale Terminal (POS) system of the Official Association of Industrial Property Agents (COAPI), guaranteeing secure, transparent and efficient transactions for all members.
  2. Scope of Application This policy is applicable to all current and future COAPI members who choose to pay their membership fees through the virtual POS available on the school’s official website.
  3. Membership Fees
  • 3.1 Description: The membership fee allows the member agent access to all services and benefits offered by COAPI to its members, including, but not limited to, continuing education, legal advice, access to exclusive resources, and representation before government agencies.
  • 3.2 Pricing Structure: COAPI establishes a fixed annual fee that may be reviewed and adjusted annually based on the needs of the college and the services provided.
  1. Sales Process
  • 4.1 Registration and Enrollment: To proceed with the payment of the membership fee, the member must register and log in to the member portal provided on the COAPI website.
  • 4.2 Payment: Payment shall be made through the virtual POS, accepting credit/debit cards and other specified electronic payment methods.
  • 4.3 Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is completed, the member will receive a confirmation via e-mail, together with a detailed receipt of the payment made.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • 5.1 Cancellations: Members may request cancellation of their dues payment within the first 14 days after payment is made, subject to the return of any materials or benefits received.
  • 5.2 Refunds: In case of cancellation within the established deadline, COAPI will process the full refund of the fee paid, through the same payment method used, within 30 days of the request.
