The COLEGIO OFICIAL DE AGENTES DE LA PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL (hereinafter COAPI) will process your personal data, having as the basis of legitimacy of the processing your consent given by ticking the corresponding box, for the following purposes:

• Consent-based treatments:
  • To process requests for membership, training or communication of training activities, access management through username and password, publication in the Trademark Exchange, contact, as well as any other requests or queries made through the One-Stop Shop or other forms published on the website, and also to make you a participant in COAPI’s activity, both online and offline. The data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the corresponding management and, subsequently, for the legal terms that, if applicable, may be applicable.
  • Participate in training activities of any kind that incorporate audiovisual content generation systems, and participation in audiovisual content implies the exclusive transfer to COAPI, with the right to transfer to third parties, of the exploitation rights over the same, with worldwide geographic scope, in any medium and for the maximum time permitted by the Regulations. Likewise, such participation entails the processing of their personal identification data, as well as image and voice, for the purpose of the development and use of such audiovisual content for purposes of generation and transmission of knowledge by COAPI, as well as its dissemination through online channels and / or events of the College. The data will be kept for as long as the use of such audiovisual content is maintained and thereafter for the applicable legal periods.
• Treatments based on legal regulations.
  • Manage the payment of fees or other amounts owed to COAPI by a Member, using the online payment mechanism provided on the Website. Please note that COAPI will in no case access the data of the specific means of payment used to make the payment, but only the data resulting from the transaction made. The data will be kept for the applicable legal periods.
  • Processing complaints or communications made in the Complaints Channel. The data processed will be identification, contact, professional activity and any other data included in the complaint or obtained as a result of the processing or investigation thereof. They will be treated with the purpose of processing the complaints received through the enabled Complaints Channel or through any other appropriate means. They may be transferred to the competent authorities for the investigation of possible facts constituting criminal or administrative offenses. The data will be kept for the duration of the processing of the complaints, and thereafter for the applicable legal periods.

Your data must be true, accurate, complete and updated, and when personal data are collected through the form, it will be necessary to provide at least those that are indicated as mandatory, since, if these data considered necessary are not provided, it will not be possible to accept and manage the fulfillment of the request made. In the case of providing data of third parties, you must have obtained their prior consent for this purpose.

Please note that in relation to the Job Board, COAPI is limited to the publication of the opportunities that are communicated to it for this purpose, so that, to no extent, it will be responsible for the processing of your personal data that may be carried out by you in the selection process.

Finally, this Policy is deemed to be known and accepted, expressly and fully, from the moment the corresponding box is checked and data is sent. If you do not agree with the contents of the Policy, you should refrain from sending data.
